Marketcap Consulting specializes in enhancing the financial performance, profitability, and strategic execution of businesses, particularly in the clinical research industry. Joel has over 17 years of experience helping companies improve their business operations, sales support, and financial functions. Before founding Marketcap Consulting, Joel led project finance, proposals, and contracting at a small/midsize Clinical Research Organization (CRO) that was successfully acquired in December 2020 after a significant financial turnaround. His career includes roles at various CROs like Synteract, Chiltern, Parexel, and PRA, where he was involved in proposals, pricing, finance, and contract management.
